Ltd., you will be a key driver in ensuring a harmonious work environment while overseeing a range of HR functions. Your responsibilities will include. Managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely disbursements. Navigating legal and statutory compliances to ensure our operations are in accordance with regulations. Handling wages, compensation, and benefits to attract and retain top talent. Building and maintaining positive labor relations and managing employee concerns. Taking charge of people management, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. Overseeing all plant HR activities to streamline operations and enhance employee engagement. Qualifications:- MBA - HR / MSW/ MPM / MLS 4 To 6 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on payroll, legal compliances, and people management. Solid understanding of labor laws and statutory regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and manage HR Initiatives effectively.
