Role Overview:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment (job postings, shortlisting, scheduling, onboarding)
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
• Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and HR files
• Coordinate with management and accounts on payroll and compliance
• Organize employee engagement activities and training
• Ensure discipline and assist in building a positive workplace culture
• Assist in performance evaluations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
