Human Resources Manager

Job Description Role Overview: You will be a full-time Human Resources Manager located on-site in Sangrur. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will collaborate closely with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain qualified employees - Handle employee relations and address any related issues effectively - Implement performance management strategies to enhance employee productivity - Conduct training and development programs to support employee growth - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices Qualification Required: - Previous experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management - Familiarity with labor laws and regulations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field - HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR would be advantageous,
