Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated HR Manager to handle day-to-day human resources operations. This person will play a key role in recruitment, employee coordination, attendance management, and maintaining a healthy work environment. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment (job postings, shortlisting, scheduling, onboarding) Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documentation Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and HR files Coordinate with management and accounts on payroll and compliance Organize employee engagement activities and training Ensure discipline and assist in building a positive workplace culture Assist in performance evaluations.
