Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mayur Vihar for a Human Resources Associate. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing HR operations, supporting HR management, coordinating training and development programs, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. The role requires active involvement in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Training & Development
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Timings: Monday to Saturday 10:00 am-7:00 pm

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000/ month (3.0 LPA to 3.6 LPA)
