Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and employee welfare programs . This role combines core HR responsibilities with a strategic focus on building and leading impactful CSR initiatives and employee engagement programs that align with the company’s mission, values, and sustainability goals. Human Resources Responsibilities Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop welfare policies and activities that enhance well-being, motivation, and retention. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR matters and company policies. CSR & Welfare Program Management Design and implement CSR strategies and programs aligned with the organization’s values and ESG objectives. Manage relationships with NGOs, community organizations, and other stakeholders to drive impactful CSR projects. Monitor CSR budgets, track KPIs, and prepare detailed impact reports for internal and external stakeholders. Organize corporate volunteering events, employee welfare drives, and sustainability campaigns. Ensure all CSR and welfare initiatives comply with national guidelines (e.g., Companies Act in India, local government frameworks, etc.). Employee Welfare Plan and execute employee wellness programs, including mental health, health camps, recreational events, and financial wellness. Address employee grievances related to welfare and ensure timely resolution. Partner with other HR teams to integrate welfare initiatives into the overall employee experience strategy. Key Requirements: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field. 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on CSR and employee welfare. Deep understanding of CSR regulations, ESG frameworks, and sustainability best practices. Proven track record of managing welfare programs and CSR projects. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills. Passion for social impact, community engagement, and employee well-being. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in CSR, ESG, or Sustainability Management is a plus. Experience working in multinational or socially responsible organizations.
