Position - National Role / Head of Painting Services - Loyalty Programs / Influencer Marketing We are looking for an experienced Preferably 10+ Years of successful marketing & sales related working experiences on managing Contractors and end consumers. Purpose of Job To ensure the Design, development, competitiveness and implementation of the existing loyalty program, Keeping the Loyalty program competitive with the market offerings Taking the lead on long-term activities to ensure that the influencers' core drivers are addressed. Major Areas of Responsibilities: Loyalty: Strategic Planning and Program Design: Customer Acquisition and Engagement: Program Management and Optimization: Lead for driving the secondary volume / value growth in the business leading to primary growth. Work on process and structures to drive secondary field force productivity and effectiveness. To ensure the Design, development, competitiveness and implementation of the influencer loyalty program Pianter Services: Drive the the service by driving the secondary team and engaging the end consumer by providing best in class customer experience Influencer Management Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients such as architects and interior designers to secure long-term loyalty and reduce competitive risks. Drive the achievement of overall monthly business generation targets across all TMOs & Influencer Managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Develop, implement, and continuously improve training programs for TMOs & Influencer Managers to enhance their product knowledge, skills, and stakeholder management capabilities. Education- MBA from good B College Preffered Industry: Tile , Sanitary, Adhesive, Electrical, Construction Chemicals, Paint, lubricants etc. Contact : 9873890191
