Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager based in Pune, allowing some work from home. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, managing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additional tasks include conducting performance reviews, managing employee benefits, and handling employee conflicts.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience with conflict resolution and managing employee benefits
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the startup ecosystem is a plus
