Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and enforcing company policies and practices. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure a positive and productive workplace environment. The candidate will also be responsible for employee engagement, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent employee relations and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or wellness industry is a plus
