Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bhopal. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and staffing, managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing payroll and benefits, and overseeing employee training and development.

• Strong skills in recruiting, staffing, and onboarding
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
• Proficiency in payroll management and benefits administration
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in employee training and development
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus
