Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager located in Dhanbad. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, conducting employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also handle employee relations issues, develop HR policies and procedures, and work on performance management and employee development programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, selection processes, and conducting employee onboarding and offboarding
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Skills in performance management and employee development programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle employee relations issues effectively
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Proven experience in a human resources management role
