Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The intern will support the HR department in the recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. Daily tasks may include managing employee records, facilitating onboarding and training programs, handling employee relations, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will also assist in payroll management and keep up to date with labor laws and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
• Familiarity with HR policies, employee relations, and labor law compliance
• Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks, including managing employee records
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, time-management abilities, and discretion with confidential information
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
