Responsibilities:

  1. Performance & Talent Management:

  • Design and implement performance management programs, career development plans, and succession planning.
  • Identify the best practices in talent management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the Rewards & Performance Management Head to align strategies.
  1. Job Evaluation & Competency Development:

  • Establish and maintain job evaluation methodologies to determine fair compensation structures.
  • Define competencies, skills, and performance measures for each role to support business performance.
  • Ensure that job roles are aligned with the overall organizational structure and effectiveness.
  1. Employee Engagement & Development:

  • Manage assessment centers for senior management promotions.
  • Design development plans and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to implement training programs.
  • Use performance data to drive strategic decision-making and ensure effective employee engagement.
  1. Process Improvement:

  • Regularly review and enhance performance management systems and employee motivation plans.
  • Ensure high potential career development programs are effectively implemented across the organization.
  • Provide analytics and recommend solutions for operational improvements.

Key Metrics for Success:

  • Comprehensive job role creation aligned with organizational goals.
  • Successful execution of job evaluation methodologies.
  • Effective design of functional structures to foster internal synergies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:

    MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • Industry Experience:

    4-5 years of experience in HR, particularly in real estate.
  • Technical Skills:

    Exposure to job evaluation methodologies, performance management systems, and talent management practices.
  • Soft Skills:

    Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Abilities:

    Analytical thinking, conflict resolution, and the ability to work under pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Real Estate HR:

    Must have prior exposure to HR practices
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

    Capable of influencing senior management and ensuring the execution of talent strategies.
