  • Experience - 3-4 years

Skills

  • Relevant experience as front desk representative, agent or similar position
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Customer service orientation

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (stationery, forms, brochures etc.)
  • Greet clients/visitors and make them feel valued.
  • Answer questions and address complaints.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Issue, check, and collect badges as necessary and maintain visitor logs.
  • Check availability of meeting rooms.
  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks, when needed.
