Job Description

Role include:

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests and directing them appropriately.
  • Managing Communication: Answering phones, handling emails, and relaying messages.
  • Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, managing mail, and maintaining records.
  • Maintaining the Front Office: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Data Management: Creating and updating visitor logs, contact lists in Excel.
  • Reporting: Tracking and generating simple reports.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
