Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager located in the Greater Chennai Area. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. Daily tasks include recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy of Pink Farms.
