Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Tasks include recruiting, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. The HR Manager will also develop HR strategies and provide sound advice to the company’s leadership. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Skills in training and development, HR strategy development, and compliance with labor laws Proficiency in handling HR software and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role is a plus Show more Show less
