Job Description

As an HR Manager at our client's organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading the Human Resources function for India operations, supporting a large and growing workforce across technical and business roles. - Aligning India's HR strategy with global objectives, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, and fostering a culture that reflects the organization's values and mission. - Serving as an advisor to leadership on India workforce trends, risks, and opportunities. - Designing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and grow top talent, including implementing career pathways and leadership development programs. - Collaborating with business leaders on upskilling initiatives and driving employee engagement through initiatives that foster collaboration, inclusion, and innovation. - Acting as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues and ensuring full compliance with Indian labor laws and corporate policies. - Leading performance management cycles, overseeing compensation and recognition programs, and leveraging HR analytics to inform proactive workforce strategies. Qualifications and Experience: - Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. - Proven track record in HR leadership for technical/engineering organizations in India. - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance. - Experience working in global/matrixed environments and collaborating across geographies. - Exposure to HR technology and AI-driven tools preferred. Success Metrics: - Engagement and retention improvement across India workforce. - Successful adoption of AI-enabled HR processes. - On-time execution of global HR initiatives and compliance milestones. - Reduction in attrition and improved bench/resource management outcomes.,
