Position: Manager / Senior Manager – Human Resources

Location: Bihar (Project Site)

Industry: Construction (Leading Infrastructure Giant)

Experience: 6-8 years

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the

  entire Employee Life Cycle

  – from hiring to separation.
• Manage

  joining & onboarding activities

  for new employees.
• Handle

  attendance and leave management systems

  .
• Ensure adherence to

  statutory compliances

  (PF, ESIC, Employee Compensation, etc.).
• Address

  employee grievances

  and drive welfare initiatives.
• Administer

  insurance policies

  – Mediclaim, GPA, and related coverages.
• Manage

  contract labor compliance

  effectively.
• Implement and monitor

  Performance Management System (PMS)

  .
• Prepare and review

  HR analytics & reports

  for management.
• Oversee smooth

  separation processes

  .

Requirements

• Minimum

  10 years of HR experience

  , preferably in construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of statutory laws, labor compliances, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle large, site-based manpower and complex HR operations.
