A Talent Acquisition Specialist role focused on hiring engineers and technical roles by operating and configuring an AI recruiter (Fabric). The role involves translating job requirements into AI configurations, calibrating models, running AI-first pipelines, ensuring quality and fairness, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Turn JDs into AI configurations by breaking down role requirements into structured inputs for Fabric
Calibrate the AI model for each role with examples, criteria, and thresholds
Run AI-first pipelines end-to-end from launching roles to moving candidates to final rounds
Provide quality and fairness oversight by investigating false positives/negatives and refining prompts
Supervise cheating detection by reviewing AI flags and validating evidence
Source candidates via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri Recruiter when needed
Partner with hiring managers to align on success criteria and deliver weekly hiring readouts
Measure and improve metrics like time-to-first-screen, shortlist precision/recall, and source effectiveness
