Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented HR Manager to lead all HR functions within our dynamic, fast-paced Pune operations
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with extensive experience in the 3PL, transportation, or supply chain sector, managing a large, diverse workforce (1,000+ employees) spanning blue-collar operations, driver management, and corporate staff
This role reports directly to the Managing Director and requires a strategic mindset to align HR initiatives directly with operational goals
Crucial Industry Fit: Prior HR management experience within the Logistics, 3PL, Transportation, or large-scale Manufacturing operations environment is mandatory
Location Expertise: Strong understanding of the local labor dynamics, unions, and regulatory landscape in the Pune/Maharashtra region
Skills: Demonstrated experience managing a large (1,000+), predominantly blue-collar workforce is essential.
Mandatory: 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR managerial/leadership role.
