Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth workflow and SLA compliance.
Supervise on-ground teams, including supervisors, delivery executives, and vendors.
Plan manpower, shifts, and task allocation to meet operational targets.
Monitor key performance metrics such as productivity, TAT, service quality, and cost efficiency.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, security, and compliance standards.
Handle operational escalations, customer issues, and service disruptions effectively.
Coordinate with central operations, transport, HR, and support teams.
Ensure proper asset, inventory, and infrastructure management at the site.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct training, onboarding, and performance reviews for site staff.
