Job Description for Hub Coordinator (Kerala)

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
Vist Hub's across kerala
Supervise day-to-day activities across assigned hubs.
Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and tracking of goods/services.
Monitor first mile, mid mile, and last mile logistics functions.
Coordination & Communication
Act as the central point of contact between hubs, regional offices, and headquarters.
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
Compliance & Reporting
Review documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on hub performance, staff productivity, and operational challenges.
Team Supervision
Guide hub staff, assign tasks, and resolve conflicts.
Conduct training sessions to improve efficiency and service quality.
Problem Solving
Address operational bottlenecks and customer complaints.
Implement process improvements to enhance hub performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
