Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resource Manager, you will lead and support all HR functions within the organization. Your proactive and organized approach, along with a strong understanding of strategic and day-to-day HR operations, will be crucial in maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding. - Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. - Managing employee relations and conflict resolution. - Leading performance management efforts and employee development plans. - Overseeing benefit administration and open enrollment. - Maintaining accurate employee records (HRIS, personnel files, etc.). - Tracking and analyzing HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.). - Overseeing training and development of employees. - Promoting a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 7-10 years of HR management experience. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. In addition to the above details, the salary range for this position is 75,000-85,000 per month or 9LPA-10.2 LPA.,
