Job profile: • Developing and implementing HR strategies and processes aligned with the overall business strategy. • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. • Managing the recruitment and selection process. • Nurture a positive working environment. • Maintain pay plan and benefits programs. • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. • On time Recruitments, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. • Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance review and safety. • Preparing Target sheets for Sales Employees. • Prepare Performance Matrix. • Having monthly Performance review • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. • Maintaining department records and reports. • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures. • Proactively maintaining the work culture and discipline. • Induction and new employee training. • Sending Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report. • Ensuring Certifications of the Technical and Cloud team. • Coordinating and Meeting the College Placement officers for Campus recruitment for freshers. • Maintaining attendance of Onsite engineers placed at client location and sending replacement as per their leaves.
