Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Key day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
• Strong skills in Training and Development, and HR Strategy Implementation
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
