Job Summary:

The HR Manager will handle recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce development across all hotel departments. The position focuses on building a performance-driven and compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Conduct training, performance reviews, and talent retention initiatives.
  • Maintain and enforce HR policies as per hotel SOPs and labor laws.
  • Ensure timely payroll processing and attendance records.
  • Mediate staff conflicts and employee relations issues.
  • Coordinate health and safety training and compliance inspections.
  • Maintain HR documentation, MIS reports, and statutory compliance records.

Profile Requirements:

  • Male candidate with an MBA or PG Diploma in HR.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of labor laws (ESIC, PF, Shops & Establishment Act).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and mediation skills.
  • Proficient with HRMS and payroll software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
