The Human Resources Manager position is a full-time on-site role based in Akola. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure. Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite is required. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles is necessary. Having a professional HR certification would be considered a plus.,
