Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Kotda Sangani. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing HR policies, managing employee benefits and compensation, conducting training and development programs, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Experience in performance management, benefits management, and compensation
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and training programs
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is a plus
