Human Resources Manager

Dropx Logistics is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all people-related functions across our growing logistics operations. The role encompasses both white-collar and blue-collar workforce management and plays a key part in building a strong organizational culture and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate staff and delivery associates
• Oversee and guide field recruiters handling blue-collar hiring at various hubs
• Design and implement training, engagement, and retention programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
• Foster a performance-driven and positive work culture

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR roles within e-commerce logistics companies is a significant advantage

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or high-volume operations
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication and people management skills
