Human Resources Internship

As an Intern at "My Equation", you will have the opportunity to engage in various HR activities and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization. Supporting the recruitment process will be a key part of your role, which involves tasks such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process will also be essential. In addition, you will assist in employee onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation sessions. Handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Participating in employee engagement initiatives and activities will help foster a positive work environment within the organization. You will also be responsible for managing the hiring requirements of all departments of the company. Additionally, you will oversee a team of HR interns, managing their day-to-day roles and maintaining the company's hiring requirements and work SOPs.
