Role Description

This is a remote internship role in Human Resources at the Umeed Foundation. The intern will assist with designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee-related processes, and providing support with personnel management. Responsibilities may also include helping with employee benefits administration and coordinating HR initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
• Experience or understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, remote team environment
• Passion for environmental initiatives is a plus
• Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
