Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in South Delhi. Responsibilities include assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, supporting employee benefits programs, and contributing to personnel management processes. The intern will be actively involved in day-to-day HR operations, helping to ensure smooth functioning and engagement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Knowledge of Personnel Management principles
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within an on-site team environment
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior internship or experience in HR is a valuable asset
