The Content Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and optimization of all content across various platforms. Daily tasks include developing and implementing content strategies, conducting content audits, managing a team of writers and editors, ensuring content aligns with our brand guidelines, and analyzing content performance. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and design teams, as well as continual research to stay updated on industry trends. Qualifications Experience in Content Strategy, Content Audits, and Content Scheduling Strong skills in Writing, Editing, and Proofreading Familiarity with SEO, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing Leadership skills and experience managing a content team Excellent project management and organizational skills Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with content management systems and analytics tools Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience Experience in the astrology or holistic wellness industry is a plus
