Role Description

This is a hybrid Human Resources (HR) Internship role, based in Navi Mumbai with some flexibility for remote work. As an HR Intern, your day-to-day tasks will include assisting in HR management processes, supporting the formulation and execution of HR policies, aiding in personnel management, and contributing to employee benefits planning. You will learn and contribute to strategic HR initiatives while helping improve workplace culture and operations.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits programs and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software is beneficial
