Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including:

• Assisting in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews).
• Supporting onboarding and induction programs for new interns/employees.
• Maintaining and updating HR databases, records, and employee files.
• Assisting in employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Coordinating with managers for performance tracking and feedback collection.
• Contributing to policy drafting, compliance checks, and HR documentation.
• Handling day-to-day HR operations and providing support in other HR initiatives.

Qualifications:- MBA/ BBA
