Human Resources Internship

As an HR Intern at InternsElite, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, which include: - Assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. - Supporting onboarding and induction programs for new interns/employees. - Maintaining and updating HR databases, records, and employee files. - Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events. - Coordinating with managers for performance tracking and feedback collection. - Contributing to policy drafting, compliance checks, and HR documentation. - Handling day-to-day HR operations and providing support in other HR initiatives.
