Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, hiring, and employee engagement. As an HR Intern at Visualview Media, you will be responsible for helping manage day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a smooth hiring process for new team members. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen interest in developing a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure qualified candidates are identified efficiently.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Help organize and maintain employee records, onboarding documents, and overall HR paperwork to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand their hiring requirements and assist in creating effective screening and interview strategies.
• Efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality.
