Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our Human Resources team remotely.

Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard interns for various roles.

Support new intern orientation and training.

Track daily intern activities and address any issues.

Update and maintain intern records.

Manage intern benefits, such as certificates and recognition.

Organize virtual HR team meetings and events.

Track intern performance and provide feedback.

Assist in HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
