Role Overview: In this role as an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, on-boarding, and employee engagement. This position will provide you with hands-on experience in candidate screening, interview coordination, and HR record maintenance. You will gain valuable insights into HR operations while enhancing your communication and organizational skills in a tech-driven work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination. - Support on-boarding processes and employee engagement initiatives. - Maintain and update HR databases and documentation. - Aid in HR-employee communication and reporting. - Help in organizing team-building activities and internal events. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or a related field. - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Exhibit a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
