This role is ideal for someone who wants first-hand startup experience in hiring, coordination, communication, and basic HR processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviewsMaintain candidate databases and track application statusCoordinate with candidates and HR team for interviews and onboardingDraft job descriptions and support posting opportunities on job portalsHelp in onboarding new interns/employees (documentation, orientation, communication)Maintain HR records and support basic HR operationsAssist with employee engagement activitiesPrepare weekly reports for the HR teamWho Can Apply-Candidates who:Have strong communication and interpersonal skillsAre organised and detail-orientedAre comfortable handling multiple tasksHave interest in HR, people management, or organisational behaviourCan commit 8–12 hours per week for 3 monthsAre eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
