Human Resources Intern

Role Description – Human Resources Intern (On-Site, Full-Time, 3 Months) We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team in Bhopal for a 3-month full-time, on-site internship . This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as attendance management, employee engagement, HR documentation, and recruitment coordination. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update daily employee attendance records Assist in coordinating and documenting HR training sessions and workshops Help implement and enforce HR policies and procedures Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding Manage and organize employee records and files Support employee engagement activities and internal communications Assist in conducting exit formalities and maintaining feedback logs Ensure adherence to HR compliance and labor law basics Coordinate with other departments to maintain a smooth HR workflow Qualifications Basic understanding of HR operations and policy frameworks Familiarity with attendance and employee management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality Strong organizational and time management skills Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a professional HR setup Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or a related field Internship Details Location : On-site, Bhopal (M.P.)
