Role Summary A force-multiplier to the Head (Aftermarket & Exports; Plant-level programs). Converts leadership intent into execution across sales, exports, marketing, supply chain, finance, production, quality, EHS, and maintenance. What You’ll Own Translate the Head’s instructions into clear plans: owners, timelines, RAG, risks, countermeasures Run the weekly/Monthly Business Review cadence; publish “Decisions & Actions” and track closures.
