We are looking for a motivated and confident Support Operations Intern to join our team in Kolkata. The selected intern will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential leads in real-time, and maintaining call records efficiently.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on existing ones.
Receive incoming calls and provide prompt assistance or information.
Maintain accurate call records and update lead data in Excel sheets.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Hindi.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth lead management.
