Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and organizing training and development programs. The intern will also assist in daily administrative tasks and support HR projects as needed.

• Basic knowledge of HR practices and principles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with HR software or experience in an HR role is a plus
