We’re Hiring: HR Intern (Recruitment & People Ops)

What you’ll do

• Post JDs on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
• Support onboarding (offer letters, document collection, introductions)
• Maintain basic employee records (attendance, leaves, HR docs)
• Assist in small engagement activities (feedback, birthdays, reminders)

Who we’re looking for

• Students/freshers with interest in HR or people operations
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable with communication
• Eager to learn and take ownership of tasks
• Good with MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)

Duration

• 3 months (Unpaid Internship)

• Certificate & experience letter on completion
• Option to convert into a paid role based on performance
