About Role

Join Studycubs as a Human Resource Intern for a unique, remote internship experience that offers hands-on HR exposure and active participation with the company’s leadership team. This 3-month, unpaid position allows you to develop foundational HR and leadership skills in a forward-thinking edtech setting. Exceptional interns may be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time role, contingent on their performance and impact.


Key responsibility:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates via job portals and social networks.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on virtual interviews, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate/employee records using modern collaborative HR tools.
  • Support routine HR operations, policy administration, and compliance tasks.
  • Contribute to HR projects (e.g., drafting job descriptions, orientation/training materials).
  • Join regular meetings with the leadership team and share ideas on new HR and organizational initiatives.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive company culture within Studycubs.
  • Prepare and present weekly progress summaries to leadership.
  • Take ownership of small projects, including virtual events and HR process optimizations.
  • Lead or co-lead team activities as assigned—demonstrating leadership capability.
  • Participate in mentorship sessions (shadowing leaders, joining learning programs).


Who can apply

  • Current students or recent graduates with a strong interest in HR.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills; good organizational abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup.
  • Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace is required.
