Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Student Intern role located in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Student Intern will support various HR processes, assist in developing training materials, conduct research on HR topics, and participate in HR project implementation. The role requires collaboration with different teams, data entry, and preparing reports for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and research skills
Proficiency in data entry and report preparation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and software
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
