Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Post job openings on various platforms such as Linkedin, Naukri, and other job boards.
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including social media.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.

Candidate Interaction:

  • Call candidates to provide detailed insights into job roles and answer any questions.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and compatibility.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the process.

Interview Coordination:

  • Organize end-to-end interview processes, ensuring efficient scheduling and seamless communication.
  • Share interview feedback with both candidates and hiring managers.

Onboarding:

  • Collect and verify pre-joining documents from selected candidates
  • Coordinate orientation programs to introduce new hires to the company's culture and operations.
  • Provide support to new hires during their onboarding journey, addressing any concerns they may have.

Strategic & Administrative Support:

  • Collaborate with management to refine recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Keep accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate information and hiring metrics.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters and other HR documentation.
