Position: HR intern

Type: Unpaid internship Location: Remote Duration: 1-3 months

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions. This is an unpaid internship designed to help you build strong foundational HR skills. You will support various HR activities including recruitment, HR operations, documentation, and employee engagement while working closely with the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

Screening resumes, shortlisting candidates & coordinating telephonic interviewsScheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databasesCreating and posting JDs on LinkedIn & job portalsCandidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala etc.Supporting onboarding, documentation and offer/confirmation lettersMaintaining employee records, attendance and daily reportsPreparing reports, spreadsheets and daily updatesCoordinating meetings, orientations, trainings & employee engagement activitiesCollecting intern/employee feedback

Good communication & professional behaviourBasic understanding of HR processesAbility to multitask in a fast environmentWillingness to learn & take initiativeBasic MS Office knowledge
